STAR Lab – Student Technology Accessing Resources Lab

STAR Lab Hours:  7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

STAR Lab Early-release Hours: 7:00 a.m. until dismissal time


The STAR Lab offers orientation and research classes to introduce students to

  • search strategies for locating information
  • the resource evaluation process
  • methods of managing resources
  • ethical issues of using information


Basic STAR Lab Procedures:

  • use of the Samsung Chromebook in every phase of the research process
  • school-sanctioned activity


STAR Lab student services include access to the following:

All e-books and databases via Blackboard accounts at school and remotely
